Board of Directors

The Love Embrace Inspire, Inc. Board of Directors are responsible for governing and managing all aspects of the organization.  Governing responsibilities include planning, overseeing, and evaluating the value of programs as well as managing the financial aspects of the organization. The Board of Directors also serve as advocates to the community by cultivating relationships that are beneficial to the growth and enhancement of the organization. Board members meet periodically to discuss and vote on the affairs of the organization.

What is their commitment?

• Directors serve at minimum a two year term.

• Directors are required to attend quarterly Board meetings.

• Directors are required to serve on at least one sub- committee which may have additional meetings for planning special programs, workshops & events.

• Directors participate in outside of Board meetings (roughly 2-3 hours a week) investing their time advocating and cultivating new relationships, researching and planning for programs on behalf of Love Embrace Inspire, Inc.
