About Dr. Tiffany Baker
Dr. Tiffany Nicole Baker also known as “Dr. Tiff” is a certified life coach, professor, entrepreneur, and youth mentor. She is passionate about equipping young people with the skills needed for their success. Reaching 19 years of experience as an education professional, Dr. Baker, has cultivated her knowledge and expertise in curriculum and instructional design, transition and retention strategies, and understanding the science behind how young people learn. She then sought to create a platform that would provide young people opportunities to acquire these necessary skills through a combination of formal education, experimental learning, mentorship programs, and real world experiences.
Dr. Baker accomplished this goal, and is the Founder and Chief Executive Director of Love Embrace Inspire, Inc. which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit consultation and design organization. LEI, Inc.’s mission is to support youth organizations, social service practitioners, and individuals who work with youth to increase their impact by designing curriculum and programs that are vital to the growth and development of young people. Some programs topics that are designed by Dr. Baker and designers at LEI, Inc. include, financial literacy, personal enrichment, career and college readiness, entrepreneurship, communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, professional development, and many other life skills.
Dr. Baker holds a Doctorate in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instructional Leadership, a Master’s degree in Higher Education - Leadership in Student Success and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management.
